✔ Liaison with your broker, lender, real estate agent and the seller's solicitor

✔ Preparation and management of all legal documentation

✔ Settlement calculations and adjustments

✔ PEXA settlement coordination and attendance

✔ Ongoing support throughout the transaction

You’ll also need a Form 2 Seller Disclosure prepared. This is an upfront cost of $750 for house and land titles or $850 for body corporate titles. You will need this before you can sign a contract of sale. The price includes:

✔ Preparation of Form 2

✔ All relevant searches
